What switch types do you offer?
We offer a range of switches depending on the model — including Cherry MX (Red, Brown, Blue), Gateron (Yellow, Black), and our own custom Nordic switches. Each product page lists the available switch options.
Do your keyboards come with Nordic layouts?
Yes! All our keyboards are available with Nordic ISO layouts, including Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, and Finnish key legends. We also offer international ANSI layouts.
Are your keyboards hot-swappable?
Several of our models feature hot-swap PCBs, allowing you to change switches without soldering. Check the product specifications for details.
What’s included in the box?
Every NordicKeys keyboard comes with: the keyboard itself, a braided USB-C cable, a keycap puller, a switch puller (for hot-swap models), a quick start guide, and our signature dust cover.
Do you offer custom keycaps?
Yes, we sell matching keycap sets separately. Our keycaps are PBT doubleshot or dye-sublimated for lasting legends and a premium feel.
What is your warranty policy?
All NordicKeys products come with a 2-year warranty covering manufacturing defects. This doesn’t cover damage from misuse, liquid spills, or unauthorised modifications.
Can I return my keyboard?

How do I clean my keyboard?
We recommend using the included keycap puller to remove keycaps, then gently cleaning with a soft brush and compressed air. For wood surfaces, use a slightly damp microfibre cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals.
