Shipping Within the EU
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over €75. Orders below €75 ship for a flat rate of €6,95. Standard delivery takes 3–7 business days. Express delivery (1–2 days) is available for €9,95.
Order Processing
Orders placed before 12:00 CET on business days are dispatched same day. You’ll receive a tracking link by email.
Packaging
All orders are packed in recyclable kraft packaging with protective inserts. Gift wrapping available at no extra charge.
Returns
Under EU consumer law, you may return any order within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Email hello@norrastudio.com with your order number to initiate.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days with photographs. We’ll replace or refund at no cost to you.
Refunds
Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving the return.
