1. About These Terms
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Skandinavisk website and any purchases made through it. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
This website is operated by Skandinavisk Limited, a company incorporated in Hong Kong SAR (CR No.: 3127456).
2. Products & Pricing
All products are described as accurately as possible. Due to the handmade nature of our products, slight variations in colour, texture, and finish are normal and not considered defects.
All prices are displayed in Euros (EUR) and include applicable VAT for EU customers. We reserve the right to change prices at any time; however, the price at the time of your order will apply.
3. Orders & Acceptance
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. A binding contract is formed when we dispatch your order and send a shipping confirmation email.
If we are unable to fulfil your order for any reason, we will notify you promptly and process a full refund.
4. Payment
We accept the following payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and PayPal. All transactions are processed through secure, PCI-compliant payment processors. We do not store your credit card details.
Payment is taken at the time of order. All amounts are charged in EUR.
5. Shipping & Delivery
We currently ship within the European Union and European Economic Area. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. For full details, see our Shipping & Returns page.
6. Returns & Refunds
EU Statutory Right: Under EU consumer protection law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, contact us at hello@norrastudio.com.
Extended Return Policy: We offer a 30-day return period from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Exclusions: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of candles or diffusers that have been lit or used.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or we made an error.
7. Defective or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, images, logos, product designs, and branding — is the intellectual property of Skandinavisk Limited and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. No content may be reproduced, distributed, or used without our prior written consent.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Skandinavisk Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or any products purchased. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant order.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
For EU consumers: Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under the consumer protection laws of your country of residence. Any disputes may be submitted to the courts of your country of residence, in accordance with applicable EU regulations.
For all other customers: Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
11. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page with the date of the last update. Continued use of the website following changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
